Defective Item Policy:

•        If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, please free to message me on Ebay describing the defect/damage (with a picture if possible) and I can work on a replacement (depending on availability) or refund.

Return Policy:

• Please check your item/s upon receipt. If there is any issue in terms of quality or if it doesn’t match the description in the listing, please send me a message on E-bay for return instructions.
• All returns must be in original condition. The cost of shipping the item is non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Since I offer FREE SHIPPING in all or almost all my items, the actual shipping cost I paid to ship to you will be deducted from your refund. Please contact me within 30 days of receipt for any return.

Wrong Address Policy:

• If you do not receive your package within the estimated time of delivery given, please send me a message on eBay so we can have it investigated and I can help retrieve or replace the item/s.
• If the package is Returned To Sender due to: “insufficient address”, “wrong address”, “addressee unknown” or any reason given of this nature, I will notify you via eBay messaging. I will ask you of the new address and require you to pay the shipping fee to resend the package or I can issue a full refund.
