This skirt with an elastic waistband has kicky, slightly flirty pleats at the bottom. The sleevelss, fully lined top, buttons in the back and adds to the fun, flirty look of the outfit with eyelet lace at the lower edge and small eylet lace yo-yos trimming the neckline.

At The Fabric Palette we want our customers to be 100% satisfied. If for any reason you are not we offer a refund or exchange. Please contact us within 30 days from the day you receive the fabric. The refund will be issued for the purchase price plus shipping. Customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs, except if defective.

 

All merchandise must be returned in the original condition, packaging and free from smoke odor. Refunds will only be issued on items that meet this criteria.
