TILE BACKER THermal BOARDS - REINFORCED CEMENT COATED - waterproof - ideally for wetrooms
Reinforced 1200mm x 600mm x 6, 10, 20, or 30mm Waterproof Wall & Floor Insulation Boards.
Cement Coated & Reinforced, Waterproof Tile Backer insulation boards are designed to cover internal and external walls and floors.
Our boards are constructed with a highly compressed super-insulated core, then covered on both sides with a fibreglass reinforced polymer modified cement coating which is similar to Marmox/Wedi type boards.
Provides a lightweight but very strong advanced insulation which allows underfloor heating, ceramic, porcelain and stone tiles, plaster or render to be fitted directly to the surface.
The boards are often used as a direct replacement for plasterboard due to their superior sound and insulation properties especially in bathrooms to create a fully tanked waterproof wet room.

Things to know about this product
Living Heat insulation is manufactured in compliance with BS EN ISO 9001:2001 and certified by BBA Certificate 04/4186. Living Heat insulation also complies with BS EN 13164: 2001 Thermal insulation products for buildings.
All boards come complete with an industry-leading 10 years, waterproof and structural integrity guarantee.
Boards measurement 1200mm x 600mm. Available in 6mm, 10mm 20mm, or 30mm options.
Boards can be installed with a suitable adhesive or screwed in position with insulation washers, (both available separately from Living Heat). Please note when using insulation fixing washers, the washers should be fixed at a maximum of 300mm centres which means you will need at least 15 washers per board.
