Is a wondeful scupture or casting of a Buddha.

(#58)Up for your consideration is a wonderful sculpture of what I believe to be of an ancient Buddha.  Not sure if this is Indian or Oriental.  Casting sits on top of what I believe to be a wood base.  The dimensions of the casting are as follows. Approx 15"h x 4"w x 4"D.  Please examine all pictures carefully prior to making any bids or offers.  If anyone viewing this auction has more information on this item, I would greatly appreciate your input.  No signature or markings to determine origin, but still a very unique piece.  A very nice addition to ones artwork collection or just a good conversation piece.  Purchased from a local estate sale on the shores of of long island with no real information available at the time of purchase.
