• Instant Paypal payment is the preferred method of payment.
• We also accept payment via PayPal, Debit Card, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
• We will only ship to the confirmed Paypal shipping address given with the payment.
• We do not offer local pickups.
• We must collect 9.0% sales tax if order shipped within California State. By law, sales tax is automatically computed on products.

Domestic Shipping

• FREE shipping only for residential or commercial destinations in the United States. 
• We only ship the item to the Paypal Verified address that is sent to us at the time of checkout. If we ship your item to an old or invalid address and you are not able to locate the item, we are not responsible for shipping a replacement.
• Usually we will use USPS shipping service; other faster shipping option may be available on request with additional cost.
• Most of our orders ship within 1 business days; Same day shipping before 12:00 PM.

International Shipping

• For International customers, we only accept Paypal as the payment option.
• Any brokerage, customs, and duty fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our shipping charges.
• If you are located outside of the continental 48 United States, please email us in advance to see if the specific item ships to your location. These orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days after payment is received. Please be patient as they are often subject to additional inspection upon delivery.
• For International Orders, a phone number is required for the customs documents. Failure to provide one will result in delays. No Invoices are sent with our shipments, if you need an invoice we can email one.

30-Days Returns/Exchange

• We offer a 30-days returns/exchange period from the initial purchase date.
• If a customer is not satisfied with the product or order within 30 days of the initial purchase date, the customer may contact our Customer Service Department to request a Return.
• The shipping charge is not refundable.
• If a customer would like to exchange an item, please contact our Customer Service Department to request exchange.
• Items should be returned New and Original Condition. Returns that are damaged, altered, or modified WILL NOT be accepted.
• Restocking fees: 15% restock fees will be charged if the product without manufacturer defect or damaged during the shipping.

"ONE YEAR" Limited Warranty

• We offer a "ONE YEAR" limited warranty on item(s) that confirm to be manufacturer defect within "ONE YEAR" from the initial purchase date. Warranty claim will only be applied to replacement only; therefore no refunds and/or exchanges will be issued under this warranty. All cases are reviewed by our RMA Department.
• Our RMA Department reserves the right to deny any returns or exchanges for any item(s) returned past "ONE YEAR".
