We currently utilise DHL for all international deliveries. This ensures a much faster, safer and more professional delivery service at a reduced cost to you. Take advantage of the combined lower shipping rates and current currency exchange rates.

Payment Information

At Script Guitars, you are not obliged to pay immediately, however we would like payments to be made within 7 days of purchasing/winning your item. If you wish to purchase more items to add later or you are having difficulty paying, just send an email to us and we are more than happy to work out a scenario that is beneficial to both parties. We are not 'bill collectors' or 'money hunters' and will always wait before rushing into 'unpaid item' territory.

Domestic Handling Times.
All items purchased to be sent via 'regular post' will be posted on the day of purchase if purchase is made before 2pm, otherwise item will be posted next business day. Most items will be sent the initial day of payment, yet in 'peak holiday seasons' a 2nd day may be required to clear ordering backlogs.

If you require your item to be express posted, simply ask for the postage service to be suitably altered or just select the option at the payment & checkout screen.

Return policy.

Faulty unused items can be returned at our expense for a new product. Your item will need to be returned 1st, upon it arriving. We don't offer refunds if you don't like the product or if you have misread or misinterpreted the item description when browsing for your item. All listings are accurate. If it does not say in the item description that the strap is leather, then it is not made with leather.

Any questions regarding anything to do with the listing, postage, returns should be directed to our eBay account BEFORE you make a purchase. We will get back to you usually within a 24hr time frame.

* For Banjo players, please ask for strings to be sent with your order to attach to the ends which you then tie to the Banjo. We also have leather strap locks available, these can be used instead of the strings. Please enquire if needed. Also we do proper Banjo straps which we have not listed to sell online yet, please ask if interested.
