All orders are sent with a VAT invoice. If you would like one sending via email, please message us with an email address and we will get this sent over.

Postage:

 All our item are FREE postage and packaging. We only ship to the UK mainland, any order placed before 12PM, we will try our best to get out the same day. We work Monday to Friday, but we do not work Saturdays, Sundays, and bank holidays, so any items ordered on these days will be sent out the first working day we are back.

We do offer a next day delivery service with Parcel Force 24/48 which you can select at checkout.

Returns:

If for any reason you are not happy with what you have purchased, we will issue a full refund. We ask for you to go through the return process with eBay who will generate a return a tracked label. Upon return we will inspect the goods and issue refund as necessary.
