some models had a lip piece on the lower triple tree on which to clamp the boot, for
later models simply insert a piece of split rubber radiator hose
or nice black silicone hose inside, and clamp or zip tie the
upper part of the boot to the fork tube. an old carb manifold clamp works great too!

HERE'S WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!!!!!!!!!
1. you need to know what your fork diameter is. (unless your bike has an upper attachment for the fork boot, like on an older CB500/550/750)
2. You need to know what the fork leg diameter is. If your bike does not have pleated fork boots
on it
now,
you will be removing your existing fork "dust"
boot, and measuring the diameter of the upper part of the fork leg,
where the dust boot was previously situated.
3. you need to know approximately how long you would like the boots to be.
You may not want to put a fork boot with 8" of travel on a bike that has 12 inches of exposed fork tube.

Royal Enfield/ Triumph fork boot SPECS:
