All our products are dispatched within one working day up until 10am weekdays, and saturday morning.  They are sent 2nd class signed for (royal mail), for a extra £1.00 you can upgrade to 1st class signed for or £8.00 next day delivery if ordered before 10am, any ordered after 10am will not be dispatched until the next working day.

If you have a problem tracking your order, please feel free to contact us before opening a request and we will reply to your query within 24 hours.

RETURNS/REFUNDS

We work very hard with all our customers to ensure they are getting an excellent shopping experience with us.  We accept returns and once we receive the product a full refund will be issued.
