This Heartfelt Creations die will work with most manual die cutting systems.

Intricate dies or "loose" machines may require you to run the die through your machine a second time, rotating the die 90 degrees on the second pass. Placing waxed paper between the die and the paper will help the die cut to release from the template.

RETURN POLICY

I will refund your purchase but you will be responsible for the return shipping and handling charges. Please be advised that item must be returned in the original condition, unopened and unused, including original box, packaging with warranty or instruction paper. USA SHIPPING & HANDLING ~ and ~ SALES TAX

Items less than 16 ounces are shipped USPS First Class Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Over 16 ounces are shipped USPS Priority Mail or via Fed-Ex or UPS.

I generally ship the item within one business day; upon receipt of cleared payment excluding holidays.

Sales Tax: We are required by law to collect applicable sales tax in the State of Texas.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Items are shipped via USPS First Class International Mail with Delivery Confirmation. USPS Tracking may not extend to some countries.

Import Duties, Taxes and Handling Charges are NOT included in the item Price or Shipping Cost. You would be responsible for customs or duties fees imposed by your country. Please check with your Customs Office to determine these additional costs prior to bidding or buying. These charges are normally collected by the Delivery Freight Company or when you pick up the item.
