Delivery Information

All orders are posted on the next business day. We use Australia Post only. Items with free postage can be posted with or without tracking.

Pick up available upon arrangement from Moorebank NSW (near Liverpool). Please wait for a text message confirming your parcel is ready for pick up. We will send you the address and working hours as well.

Customer Service

When you receive your item, we strongly recommend you to check if everything is ok. If you believe something is wrong, or have questions regarding installation, contact us through eBay, by phone or email, we are allways glad to assist when possible.

Returns

Non-OEM items must be returned in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. If you don't follow our item condition policy for returns, you may not receive a full refund.

Genuine items cannot be returned, unless we posted the wrong item to you.
