Payment We accept payment via PayPal, there is no charge & you can pay instantly with your debit/credit card. We will only send to address shown on your Paypal account so please ensure your details are up to date. |

Delivery We try to dispatch all orders same/next day so if purchased before 12.00 PM Monday to Friday package will be posted the same day. Orders placed after 12.00 PM on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be posted on Monday. Most orders are sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery and we will be able to track the progress of your order. For all non recorded orders we receive a 'Certificate of Proof of Postage' which can be scanned & sent to you if requested. Unfortunately once your order is in the mailing system we have no control as to when the package will arrive other than to check the tracking. We have to allow 15 working days from date of dispatch before being able to refund or replace any non-received packages, this allows for items to be returned to us if there are any delivery problems.
Returns We accept returns within 14 days so if you change your mind then please email us asap. If you're not 100% satisfied with your item we will gladly accept it back for a full refund or exchange. The return postage cost will be the customers responsibility. If you have any other problems please contact us as we will try and resolve the problem for you.
