VINTAGE ASIAN ORIENTAL CHINESE JAPANESE PAINTING ON SILK CLOTH BLUE BIRD IN TREE

This painting measures about 15 inches wide x 19 inches high (to the outside edge of the frame). The picture is about 9 inches wide x 13 inches high.  The frame shows normal signs of use and has scuffs and scratches.  When I got this painting the cardboard on the back was water damaged, so I replaced it with a piece of poster board/foam as a backing.  There are some signs of water damage to the matting and a little to the painting.  I'm not sure but I think that the cloth is silk.  I'm not sure what country this is from.  Overall this painting is in good condition and will make an excellent addition to your collection.
