Supplement has 16 pages which includes the front and back covers, there is a very small fold mark on the top and bottom left corners of the back cover, there are several fairly light crease marks on the back cover, there are several small surface cracks on the spine that spider onto the front and back covers slightly, there is a tiny fold mark on the bottom right corner of the front cover, there is a slight fold down on the top right corner of the front cover which goes through all pages as well, there are several light crease marks on the front cover, there is a tiny tiny tear on the top outer edge right side of the front cover, there is a little bit of scuffing on a couple of the pages near the bottom and there is some rubbing and reading wear on the front, back, spine, pages and outer edges.
