Our technicians inspect each computer one-by-one. This process is conducted from inside to outside. Starting with a capacitor inspection (to make sure they are not swollen or leaky) and ending with a cosmetic condition assessment, we strive to ensure you receive a computer you can rely on for years and years to come.

Some of our computers may have minor scratches depending on their ages. However, they are all in excellent working condition.

WARRANTY :

We offer a 60-Day warranty on all parts and labor for our computers. We strive to bring you the best experience possible with our store and our products. If you experience any difficulties, please feel free to contact us at any time and one of our techs will be more than happy to assist you over the phone. If your problem cannot be resolved, we will arrange to receive your item back from you for repair or replacement in expedited fashion. Contact us at 10AM-5PM EST.

We provide 3 days to claim a refund for any computer not working properly within the first 3 days of arrival.
Refunds will be issued in full.
Buyers are responsible for shipping for any malfunctioning items within warranty past the first 60 days.
