Due to popular demand, the market leading ICE™ lamp range has grown. Achieve significant energy savings and light output with the new 3W alongside the already established industry leading 5W 108lm/W GU10 and MR16 lamps. Featuring ThermoTec™ heat management technology and EnFiniti™ lenses which are now also available in 24° and 38° beam angles. At Electric Vault we understand the importance of fast delivery. We work closely with a number of postal services, such as Royal Mail, FedEx and Hermes, to ensure that we offer fast, efficient and cost effective deliveries. We are unable to offer a local pickup service however we have an Express Delivery option if you require your items faster.
Items ordered before 12 noon GMT Monday to Friday are dispatched on the same day. Orders placed at the weekend are dispatched on the following Monday. Excluding UK Bank Holidays.
Deliveries to countries outside of the United Kingdom are usually dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
All of our orders are dispatched on a Tracked delivery service and we upload the tracking details to eBay so that our buyers can view them. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to show in your account.
If there is a delay with your delivery please get in touch so we can look into it for you.

We offer a 30 day returns policy on all orders through eBay. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and initiate a refund via PayPal.
We try our best to ensure that all items are packaged as securely as possible to prevent damage during shipping, however if your item does arrive damaged please contact us immediately so we can raise the issue with the Courier.
