We accept our memory back for refund within 30 days of receipt.
All refund will be charged 15% restocking fee.
Our memory carry limited life-time warranty.
Burned or physically damaged memory can not be returned for exchange or refund.
Buyer must pay for the return shipping and insurance. We are not responsible for the loss or damage if you shipped it back without insurance.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, no exception.
