The complete fencing consists of the following components:

11 square tubular posts 50x50mm – for “medium anthracite” fencing – post height 110cm

11 square post supports/footplates for fixing to the ground – diameter 50x50mm - for “medium” fencing

10 fence panels “medium anthracite” (PVC wire diameter 5mm) (mesh H 200x50mm) (panel measurements H102 x 200cm)

Fence panel, galvanized electro welded wire and plastified with polyester colour anthracite, outer diameter of wire 5mm.

Product finishings:

Galvanized wire + Phosphating with zinc salts and plastification with polyester): The wire used to make this mesh is continuously hot-dipped galvanized in a zinc bath to give maximum strength and durability to the product. Subsequently after assembling the panel, the plastification process, which involves 7 stages, is applied and which ensures the best quality of the product. The first phase involved is degreasing (1) to remove any residual surface oil, grease or dust. Subsequently a further washing (2) to remove any impurities and other residues of degreasing. At this point the cycle of phosphating begins: washing with demineralized water (3), and an application of zinc phosphate (4). The product is then dried (5) in the oven at 120° in preparation for the next phase of plastification (6) with 100% pure polyester resins. Through polymerization (7) the polyester layer is secured to the support.
