Posting

We normal post out all purchases with in 24hrs of payment received but we will always try and post out on the same day if payment is received before 10am.

If free postage is not offered my postage prices are always based on the postal service prices & weight of item, plus a small cost of approx 10-60p for packaging.

Some items of high value will always be posted as Signed For or Special Next Day Delivery so we can track item and prevent item loss, these will always need to be signed for your end.

We will always mark as dispatched with in a few hours of posting so you should always receive notification of items being sent and if applicable the tracking information.

Please remember we have no control over postal service delivery times once we have posted out and please allow extra time for weekend & bank holidays.

If items are not received with-in 10-12 day please inform us but we would always need to wait the 15 days before we can approach the postal service regarding a possible lose of item.

If you receive an item that appears to of been damaged through the post, please inform us on the day you receive item and keep ALL packaging as this may be required if we need to make a claim for damages through the postal service.

 

 

Feedback

We normal post feedback on all purchases at the end of every week. So we also would appreciate it if you always leave feed back with in the month of your purchase.

Before leaving negative or neutral feedback, or low DHS we strongly recommend contacting us with your concern. This way we can ensure a smoother transaction and try to resolve any problems.

 

 

Refunds & Returns

Before you bid on the item, please ensure that you have the funds to pay and that it is compatible with your device (if appropriate by visiting the manufacturer's web site).

If for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please contact us on the day you receive item. We will always strive to solve any issues you may have.

Please do not return items without first contacting us.

We accept returns within 14 days of the date you receive you purchase.

All returns must have your own return address, this is to try and prevent lose through the postal service.

Refunds will be sent once we receive the item back in the same condition that we sent it including all original packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us and the safe return and you mush get proof of posting in case it is needed.

We will only refund you your return P&P cost if the item is found to be faulty: unless we have agreed to refund the posting cost before you return.

Our Return address is always on the invoice - the packaging and is normal enclosed on a Business Card with in your order so Please make sure you return using full address.

Returns & Refunds will not be available for any item that is listed as Faulty or With Defects or any item that i have listed with Damaged or No Boxes, so please only buy if you accept this condition.

If you require more information on the condition of an item please contact us before buying.

If you would like a box that is un-damaged please contact and request this also before buying to check that we have one in good condition if the listing states possible damaged or solid boxes.
