2015 Tuners theme DJ is, of course, from that classic Cars scene where the Tuners first overtake drowsy Mack on the interstate. (You'll also catch glimpses of them on the mean streets of Tokyo.) The difference between this DJ and the previous release is: (a) no flames!!!! and (b) the green zigzags on his spoiler and alongside his doors, windows and hood are missing like they were pre-2013. So if everything about the old-new DJ and his flame features with green zigzag made you want to puke, the new-old DJ is the DJ for you.

New-old 2015 Tuners theme DJ is 1:55-scale diecast (with plastic components) by Mattel. New, in package. Factory-sealed. The card is in good condition: completely flat and free from warp. Smooth outer edge. Nothing of note on reverse. The bubble portion of the blister is level and centred. It shows little to no wear across the front where DJ at his widest point -- the spoiler --  and tends to rub at his plastic prison from the inside. (A common sight with this particular model due to his dimensions.) There are no cracks, crinkles or creases in the blister. Inside the package, DJ looks good.
