Delivery

• Please note item/s will be delivered during business hours, if no one is present to sign for receipt of goods and authority to leave unattended has not been given the item/s will be returned to the depot for collection.
• Delivery times do vary depending on your location and the method of transport used, the ETAs provided by eBay are a GUIDE ONLY and we cannot adjust or control what eBay gives as an ETA.
• We will ship items to the address provided in eBay unless otherwise notified, please make sure your information is up to date as any loss from the provision of incorrect details is at the buyers expense.

Returns

Change of Mind Returns 

If you change your mind on an item purchased, you can receive a full refund less the shipping costs you paid to get the product to you. Goods must be returned in original unopened condition, with proof of purchase, within 30 days of the purchase date. You, as the buyer are responsible for the return freight cost. We suggest sending back via a trackable method. Contact us via Ebay messages to arrange the return and for us to issue you a return number ( to speed up processing).

Warranty Claims
 
All warranty claims must be directed to our Customer Service team by sending a message to us through eBay
 In order to make a claim, you must provide our service centre with the following: 

·Details of the defect or damage in relation to which you are making a claim under the warranty;

·Photographic or video evidence of the defect or damage, where applicable or whichever we think is necessary to assess the problem. 

·Your ebay order number, to ensure speedy processing.

·Where goods are damaged in transit, details and images of the damaged shipment. 

You must provide photographic evidence of the damage before receiving a repair, replacement or refund.
 
Our customer service team will provide you with instructions as to how the goods may be returned to us at our expense.

Please note:- Items returned under a "warranty claim" that are deemed in perfect working order, will have a 20% restocking fee applied before any refund is processed. Please do not confuse a "change of mind" with a warranty claim.
