This tube come with the original box. The tube has a black  plate and 1 Top "O" Getters.

 These tubes Passed The short test ,gas test, filament test and life test. All tubes test in the green for emissions.  

These tubes tested good on my Hickok 6000a tube tester. The tester was just calibrated by Paul Hart
