Shipping:
We ship most items via USPS Priority mail which is the quickest and safest shipping method that the Postal Service provides. We do reserve the right to ship higher priced items via UPS/Fed Ex as deemed necessary. This is solely to ensure the safety of the item being shipped. Also, some larger items will have to be shipped via UPS because of the Postal Service size limitations. Any items being shipped outside of the US will be shipped via Priority Express International to insure a trackable delivery.

Import Duties:  By placing a bid, the buyer agrees to pay ANY AND ALL import duties associated with the item being shipped. Please consult your local post office for more information in regards to specific duties/tariffs to expect when receiving your item. If a package is not retrieved because of refusal to pay customs charges, NO refunds will be granted without exceptions. Items will be shipped with full value as it is illegal for us to do otherwise.

Returns/Refunds:  Returns and refunds will only be accepted if we significantly misrepresent an item, NO EXCEPTIONS. Some of the items we sell are well over 100 years old. Inherently, these items will have some minor or light wear. Any major flaws or damage (chips or cracks) will be clearly disclosed in the item description.  Please contact us if you think your parcel has not arrived in a timely manner.
