Please make sure all these conditions are met before your return/exchange:
1. The item is still in the condition we send you: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all its tags attached (no return and no exchange once you pull the tags off so please try the items on without pulling tags off)!!
2. Shoe return:
You need to send it back with its original shoe box wrapped in plastic
bag. Tape the shoe box and send it back is not acceptable at all. Please
send all its paper cards, all packing material that come with the shoes
and free key chain. Shoes has to be in absolutely new condition so we
can resell. We won't take any used shoes back.
3. You need to email us within 3 days after you get your package regarding the return/exchange. We have to receive the item(s) back within 14 days. Otherwise all sales are final.
4. You will be responsible for all shipping cost occurred for return and exchange cause we kept our profit to the minimal in order to bring you the best value. Our products are offered with free shipping assuming you will keep the purchase. We do get seller's final value fee discount if we do it this way (not trying to mislead here if you do read our policies before you make any purchase).
