Returns Policy

In transactions where buyers claim items are damaged, faulty or in some other way not as described we will accept returns within 60 days of sale date. For heavy or oversize items we will arrange collections. Full refunds will be given once we are in receipt of goods and any id markings have been confirmed. If buyers are able to enclose receipts we will refund the cost of return postage. Security labels stickers form part of id markings. If these have been removed we will not refund. We will not accept responsibility for labour or any other third party costs. Partial refunds at our discretion and only upon proof of damage and/or defect. Where delivery is by courier please ensure item is checked for transit damage before signing delivery note. We cannot claim against our carrier for goods damaged in transit once the delivery note has been signed. In transactions where the item supplied is as described but turns out to be not suitable for the buyers requirements we will still accept returns.

In any event we ask buyers to give us the opportunity to resolve any difficulties before starting disputes or leaving feedback.
