  Note on LCD Technology:

High-precision technology is involved in  manufacturing LCD screens; even so there may be some pixels that are always  on and some that do not go on. This is not a defect, but the current state  of art.

Since the upper and lower LCD screens are  made to different specifications, they will seem to render colors slightly  differently. This is not a defect and not a cause for concern.

The RMA number must be displayed on or included in the returned products packaging. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number.
