Made in Europe at their Romanian workshop, this wonderful violin is constructed with a carved solid Carpathian Spruce top and a carved solid Carpathian Maple back and sides. This combination of tonewoods creates a warm vibrant tone, with excellent resonant quality, well-formed low end, and articulate highs.
And when you're looking to send that wonderful tone to an amp, PA, or recording system, the Model 100EL has a built-in Barcus Berry Custom System that accurately and dynamically reproduces the amazing acoustic tone.
The Model 100EL is finished in a golden brown antique spirit varnish for long lasting beauty.
The the tuning pegs, chin rest, and fingerboard are dark ebony, and the Model 100EL features a Wittner Ultra tailpiec and seasoned French bridge.
This exquisite violin comes in a case with a carbon fiber bow.
