Our freeze dried sweet green peas are preserved using a process called freeze drying Approximately 93% of the moisture is removed by this unique process. The end product weight is reduced by over 90%, while the volume stays the same. Freeze drying preserves the pea’s nutritional qualities, color, and fresh taste.

Ingredients: Freeze dried sweet green peas. NO additives! NO preservatives!   

Directions: Mix 1/2 cup of freeze dried peas to 1 cup of warm water. Let sit 5 minutes and drain off excess liquid. Yields two 1/4 cup servings of peas. Or use as a delicious snack right out of the can.
