About Us
Tailribbons are car stickers designed to fit along horizontal lines on the back of your car. Just like car parts, stickers look better when they actually fit to your car. Our mission is to make perfect car stickers, no compromises. In designing tailribbons we've considered: the right sticker size, where the sticker will be placed, how it blends with your car's geometry, and the weather conditions affecting the type of printing and colors that will be used.

We do not like, or make, ugly borders around beautiful artwork, shiny chrome, cheap digital printing that fades, or stickers that don't fit to your car. Tailribbons are based out of city of Ottawa in Canada. Search for us on the web!

Payments		  
We accept payments by PayPal, and from all major credit cards, debit, or bank payments through PayPal. PayPal account is not required to pay with a major credit or debit card. Canadian buyers will be charged GST\HST.

Shipping & Handling
We offer combined shipping on all of our listings. All orders are processed within 1 business day after payment has been cleared. Delivery times are not guaranteed, exclude weekends and holidays, and are dependent on the destination.

If you haven't received your order in over 8 weeks, please contact us know immediately before leaving feedback (include your eBay username in all correspondence). Most orders are shipped using a standard CanadaPost letter envelope, and are unregistered mail, and do not have tracking numbers. If you would like to obtain a tracking number, and/or express shipping, for your order, please let us know when placing your order (additional costs apply). Please include your complete address information, any missing information will result in delay of shipment. Returned shipments may be subject to additional costs (for any reason, example: due to incorrect Buyer's address). Your order may be subject to additional import and/or customs duty fees, VAT, other taxes, or other fees imposed by your country of residence; any such additional taxes or fees may be charged at the time of delivery and are solely your responsibility to pay.

Returns
Feel free to try a tailribbon sticker on your car! If you are not 100% satisfied, please remove it carefully from your car and mail it back to us within 60 days of purchase. Please contact us before sending a return. Your tailribbon does not need to be returned with its original packaging. We will let you know once your return is received and inspected; we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If we do not receive your return for any reason, a refund will be rejected (we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or in any way damaged shipments, please consider using a shipment method with tracking). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (we will not refund or reimburse these costs).

Installation & Proper Care
Make sure that the car surface is completely clean, free of dust, rust, oil, water, wax, or grease. Soap and water works best for clean up. Commercial products like Windex or other cleaners are not recommended as their ingredients might interfere with the sticker adhesive. Dry the surface completely after cleaning. The car surface must also be relatively flat, avoid sharp changes of surface, small dings, dents, or large scratches. Avoid any water. No rain or snow, with ideal temperature between 18°C - 28°C. Installation is not recommended below 10°C. Avoid direct sunlight hitting the car surface of application area. Carefully clean the sticker with a soft cloth or paper towel, do not scrape (be careful with applying car wax). Wax can build up around the edges, and may affect the adhesion of the sticker, also it will look bad! Try not to apply car wax over the sticker, or use any buffers. If you have ice build up, avoid ice scrapers, you may substantially damage the sticker! Also avoid using a high pressure washer directly on the sticker.
