This 1-1/2" convoluted acoustic foam with "eggcrate" pattern helps to reduce muddy bass, cleans up midrange and highs, and absorbs staticky waves as well as early sound reflections that smear imaging. Staple or glue to the top, bottom, sides, and back of the inside of your speaker cabinet...the effect that adding this has will amaze you. Your speakers will sound more open and airy without the stuffy "boxy" sound that most all untreated speakers have. Additionally, this acoustic foam is ideal for controlling reflected sound in small recording rooms and studios, for the cleanest track possible.
