Our History
Founded in 1860 and based in the English spa town of Buxton where our store is based. The original principles of excellent quality and excellent service are paramount to everything that we do. Our range today includes; Womenswear, Menswear and Home goods and gifts.
Founded by John William Potter in 1860; Potters of Buxton have over 150 years of experience in providing an excellent customer experience.
Our Products
Potters of Buxton are proud to be official stockists of many leading brands across menswear, womenswear and homeware. These are all deliverable with our free tracked UK delivery and free UK and EU returns. Our easy to use eBay store is complemented by our dedicated customer service team on hand to assist whenever you require.
We aim to process and despatch all orders received before 4pm the same day, any orders placed after this time will be sent the next day.
All orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed and dispatched the following Monday.

RETURNS
We offer free returns and exchanges on all UK orders.
Products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, goods should be returned in the same original condition as they were delivered with all labels and product packaging that was originally on the product.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We offer free returns from UK, Austria, Germany, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Spain.
Please contact us to receive a free returns label or for more information. The cost of returns from other International countries is the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty whereby we will issue a free returns label or reimburse your return delivery costs upon receipt of the item if we are unable to issue a free returns label.
RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Please note that for hygiene reasons and health and safety, we are unable to accept the return of underwear if it has been worn, washed or stained or show signs of use. Any returns that are received by us that are not in their original condition will be returned to you. This does not affect your statutory rights or apply to products that are faulty.
