POWERFUL AUDIO

The TYM features a stereo set-up with a powerful driver on either side of the casing to give you a powerful, crisp sound. Using Bluetooth v2.1+EDR with A2DP and AVRCP for high-fidelity audio transmission, you can easily stream music up to 30ft away. Either pair your device via Bluetooth or using the included 3.5mm cable that works with any device with a headphone port.

POWER AND PAIR

The TYM has an extremely user-friendly design, especially when it comes to pairing Bluetooth devices. The speaker also comes with button controls so you can change the time, set alarms, raise or lower volume, play & pause music, and even answer / end phone calls. All returns must have RMA number. Returns with no RMA number will be avoided!

  1. Changed your mind and don't want the item anymore? No Problem! Please contact us within 30 days. We do not charge restocking fee unless the item you are returning is Brand New.

  2. Defective/Dead items will be fully refunded or replaced after matching the serial number with the one in our records.

  3. Mobile phones and tablets MUST be restored to factory setting.

  4. Order/bid cancellation: We can cancel your order only if you contact us within 15 min after your purchase. No exceptions.

If your order arrives incorrect or the package is damaged in result of a carrier company, you must notify us within 2 days of receipt. Defective items will be credited only after matching the serial number of the product to the serial number on the box and the one in our records. We are aware of all fraud cases and have all the items details in our records.

If the goods are not defective, you will be responsible for the return postage costs. Returned item must include all previously included accessories. No restocking fee will apply.

If there is a quality issue or malfunction with the product, we strongly suggest you to contact the original manufacturer.

Any item needed to be returned must be securely packaged, insured and shipped with tracking for safety. We cannot be responsible for lost damaged packages. We carefully inspect returned items upon receipt before any possible refunds, credits, or exchanges.
