Payment

Payment is required within 5 working days of the auction ending. We prefer PayPal, but cheques are also accepted.

Shipping

Goods will be shipped the next working day following the payment having cleared.

All items are shipped by first class post.

Overnight delivery is available at £6.50, a signature will be required

Returns Policy

Subject to any statutory rights, all returns must be authorised first & returned in the same condition as received at the buyers cost. If the item is faulty or damaged we will pay for shipping subject to prior specific authorisation.

A VAT invoice will be included with the goods.

Warranty

All products are covered by our standard 12 month warranty covering faults in materials & manufacture.

Being of a safety critical nature these items must be fitted by a suitably qualified & experienced person.
