This suspension lowering  kit by LUST RACING lowers the ride height of your Tracer 700
approximately 25 mm (1 inches) providing increased high speed stability.
Great for shorter or female riders.

This high quality lowering replaces the lower spring retainer on the rear shock absorber on Yamaha Tracer 700 models.
Will fit Yamaha MT07 Tracer / Tracer 700 year models 2016 and 2017.
The new spring retainer lowers the bike by extending the installation length of the rear spring on the shock absorber.
With similar spring pre-load setting on the rear shock absorber the bike will sit lower / have lower seat height.

NOTE:

*** To fit this lowering kit***

The shock absorber should be removed from the bike=> center stand or jack required

To remove/replace the spring retainer from the shock => You need 2 coil spring compressor clamps (a pair)

Do NOT by any means attempt to fit this lowering kit without proper tools/spring compressor clamps/hooks.

A mechanic can install the new lowering spring retainer on the shock in minutes with the required tools at hand.

Coil spring compressors clamps can be purchased on ebay from around £10 a pair and up.
