Returning shipped items:

1. If you would like to return an item, Pocadiz Bridal must be notified within 14 days of the original date the merchandise was received.

2. Prior authorization is required on all returns. Any returns sent to Pocadiz Bridal without authorization cannot be accepted. To receive a Return Authorization Number, please contact me.

3. When you contact Pocadiz Bridal about your return, you will be issued a Return Authorization Number (RMA number) which is to be placed on the outside of the shipping box. Please place the item(s) you wish to return in the box along with a copy of the original invoice and a brief note explaining your reasons for the return.

4. Ship items to the following address:

5. To complete your return or receive credit for an exchange, items must arrive at the Pocadiz Bridal boutique within 10 days of the date your RMA number was issued.

6. As soon as your items arrive at the boutique, Pocadiz Bridal will promptly ship replacement item(s) or provide a refund (minus shipping and handling fees) 

7. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers assume responsibility for all return shipping fees.

8.*ITEM(S) MUST BE RETURNED WITH A RECEIPT IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT WAS SENT; CLEAN, UNWASHED, UNWORN, NO ODOR, AND WITH THE ORIGINAL TAGS AFFIXED. TAGS THAT HAVE BEEN CUT OFF AND PINNED, OR SECURED BACK ON IN ANYWAY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.  Please note that Pocadiz Bridal reserves the right to deny credit if the returned merchandise does not meet acceptable standards
