Up for sale is a rare and large original Atlas/Map of Part of Howard Beach, South Ozone Park, Queens, New York dated 1909. Map includes the future home or Idlewild Airport now known as JFK Airport.  This Insurance Map is a larger size than the normal as it measures 22 x 32. It is on linen and in Ex condition.   The old street names are still listed as numbered streets were not changed until the 1920s.

The roman numerals indicate how many stories each building is and each color represents the type of structure. Yellow is wood, brown is stone, pink is brick. The Xs through the buildings indicate it is a barn or stable.
