All auction style listings to be paid with PayPal within 2 working days, Cash on Collection must be collected and paid for within 5 working days.

We Send all items out with Royal Mail and receive delivery confirmation on all UK orders
Please ensure your postal address is correct with eBay/PayPal before checkout.
We will only dispatch to the postal address registered with eBay/PayPal, requests for change of address, orders will be cancelled.

UK ORDERS
All orders before 2pm will dispatched sameday, and 1st Class mail should be with you the following working day, but not guaranteed. In the event of a delayed delivery please allow 10 working days for standard delivery, as per Royal Mail guidelines for items to be classed as lost. If you require a more secure delivery method and to avoid a delay in receiving your order it is advised you opt for an express delivery. EU ORDERS
All EU orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Economy. Depending on the EU Country, this will take between 14-35 days to arrive. In the event of delayed delivery please allow 45 days from dispatch for your item to arrive, in accordance with Royal Mail Air Mail guidelines. If you require a more secure method, please use a Tracked Delivery Service.

International orders outside the EU

Orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail International Economy to International Countries. depending on your country this will take between 42-84 days on to arrive. In the event of a delayed delivery please allow 90 days from dispatch for your order to arrive. An alternative to use is the Tracked Delivery Service which will take around 5-7 days. Orders under 100 grams (weight) will be dispatched as a normal letter without a customs declaration, any greater weight will be dispatched as a small parcel and will have a customs declaration attached which may incur charges payable by you (the buyer) to your local customs department. If you require further guidance on the matter please contact us or contact your local customs department on order value thresholds.

FAULTY ITEMS: 
1) Refund for defective/faulty items at full price including ALL postage costs. 
2) A replacement item will be offered. 
3) Returns will only be authorised by obtaining an RMA (Returned Material Authorisation) Number. 
4) We will only refund return postage up to 2nd Class Recorded delivery. 
5) Special Delivery/Courier return postage will not be refunded unless authorised by our returns consultation, please bear this in mind when buying a service.

UNWANTED ITEMS: 
1) Items to be returned in an unused condition and security seals intact (if applicable) within our returns period of 30 days. 
2) Buyer to pay return postage costs. 
3) Refund of Full Purchase Price only, no refund of postage costs.

DAMAGED / LOSS ON RECEIPT: 
1) If your item arrives damaged please inform us within 7 days of receipt.
2) If the item was sent via a Tracked/Signed for service, refuse acceptance of the delivery and return to sender. 
3) Take photo's of the damaged packaging, front, back (sides if applicable).
4) Take photo's of the damaged item.
5) Provide us with a detailed description of how the item arrived.
6) Once we receive the photo's and description as evidence we will assess the claim and either a) replace the item, or b) refund the cost of the item including postage.
7) A refund will be to the maximum compensation of the postage you paid for, i.e. Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class = maximum of £20. Tracked/Signed for Delivery £50.
