Here we have one vintage Girl Scout Brown Numeral Patch for Brownie uniforms. It measures approximately 1 inch by 1 3/4
inches. This larger size of troop numeral patch was used on uniforms
for Brownies, Juniors and Cadettes between between 1945 and 1973. This fully embroidered version with a cheesecloth (mesh) backing was used specifically from 1959 to 1973. Most have a plastic backing, but I have a few with cheesecloth backing (no plastic). Let me know if you have a preference and I will do my best to accommodate you - First Come, First Serve.

About Item Condition
Condition is very important to collectors! 99% of the items I list are in excellent used to mint unused condition. If they are not, I will better explain their condition in the first paragraph of the listing. You might not receive the exact item pictured, but you will receive one of comparable quality.
Here is a general breakdown of my condition definitions:
Mint = Looks perfect, no visible flaws
Excellent = Nearly perfect. May have one or two pinholes, scratches or other minor imperfections
Very Good = Has several noticeable imperfections, but still looks nice overall.
Good/Average = Has many sewing/pin holes, stains, scratches, etc. Often still usable, but not always very "pretty"
Poor = Very obviously
damaged, stained, ripped, etc. Only recommended for very high
dollar and/or extremely rare items. Good "hole fillers" in collections
About Payment
Payment is appreciated within 10 days of purchase. I am glad to work with you if more time is needed, but PLEASE let me know. As long as buyers communicate, I don't mind waiting a few extra days. Current state tax rates will be applied to all purchases for buyers in California.
