Shipping
We use 1st class Royal Mail for ribbons and bows with an option of guaranteed next day deliveryt.
We normally use Royal Mail 48 for small / medium parcels & large letter delivery and Hermes / Parcelforce for large parcels. If you wish to specify first class Royal Mail 24 then please select 'see details' option next to postage price.
If you wish you may specify a safe location for your goods if you are not in. Please provide details at time of purchase if you wish to use this facility. Also the 'signed for' option is available if you request.
To reduce costs and help the environment we use recycled boxes and packaging. where available. However your item will be attractively wrapped in cellophane or tissue. We ship to Europe - please request shipping charges before purchase or if you have purchased please request an invoice before making payment.
