Feature :

0.1-2.5GHz True RMS Detection Module (AD8361)

First, the product application:

The AD8361 is a mean-response power detector for high-frequency receivers and transmitter signal chains up to 2.5 GHz. The device is very simple to use and requires only a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply for most applications. The power supply decoupling capacitors and input coupling capacitors work. The output is a linear response DC voltage with a conversion gain of 7.5 V / V rms. An external filter capacitor can be added to boost the average time constant.

The AD8361 is designed for true power measurements of simple and complex waveforms and is particularly suitable for measuring high-crest factor (peak-to-rms ratio) signals such as CDMA and W-CDMA. The AD8361 has three operating modes and supports a wide range of analog-to-digital converter requirements:

1, the reference voltage source grounding mode, the source is zero.

2, the internal reference voltage mode, the output can be offset to ground level above 350 mV.

3, to provide reference mode, the output bias can be VS / 7.5.

Second, the technical indicators

1, calibrated root mean square response

2, excellent temperature stability

3, the input range up to 30 dB (2.5 GHz)

4, the maximum input: 700 mV rms, 10 dBm (50 Ω resistance)

5, ± 0.25 dB Linear response (up to 2.5 GHz)

6, single power supply: 2.7 V to 5.5 V

7, low power consumption: 3.3 mW (3 V)

8, fast shutdown mode: 1 μA or less

9, through the jumper three mode selectionS PICTURE SHOW
