If you wish to return an item please package it up securely and include a full description of your reason for return. Please retain your proof of postage Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If your item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving it. If the item is not as described, damaged or if an incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value £3.99.
