This is set is from 1999, when Toy Story 2 was out in theaters. 
Very hard to find box set.

WOODY'S ROUNDUP COLLECTION includes
 - Sheriff Woody with guitar
 - Bullseye
 - Jessie with lasso and hat
 - Prospector Pete (Stinky Pete) with pickaxe and gold nugget
 - and  critters

The set is new in box.  The box shows some wear -  some cardboard creases, slightly crunched corners and clear plastic crinkling.
