FLOWCAM Arm:

Flowcam arm is a durable. Ultra light, easy to use, and extremely capable. It is made of high quality aluminimum. Flowcam Arm consists of an adjustable shock absorbing spring and bearing mechanism , which helps you to create smooth gliding movements and capture high and low angle shots.

Flowcam Arm conists of eight fully sealed bearing which allows it to pivot . The Arm and Vest Connector can be attached to the Flowcam arm very easily in the slot , without any need of tools. Removing of arm-vest connector is very easy .

SPRING ELASTICITY ADJUSTMENT KNOB:

The knob allows you to adjust the spring of FLOWCAM ARM, which you can set according to the style of shots. (HIGH or LOW Position). Loosening of the Knob activates the stressness of the spring for low angle shots.

 

FLOWCAM VEST:

FLOWCAM Vest is versatile, light-in-weight , designed to fit the entire gamut of human sizes and it has padded comfort in front,back and shoulder areas.

Once it is fitted properly and tightened with the buckles, it should be properly tightened to the body to avoid any extra movement during shooting. To remove the vest, press the locking buckles.

How to return or exchange an item:

* In Case you have any problem with the product (defective merchandise) once you receive it, please contact us before returning the product. Please send us images or visuals of any defects you see in the product. We are always ready to help our customers.

* We offer a twelve month warranty of our products, but the warranty does not include any damage caused by misuse or any sort of physical or liquid damage.

* After the return has been approved (after ‘online communication with the buyer”), the product will be verified upon its arrival. Returned product must be in new condition with all original packaging material. Further action (Repair or suitable replacement) will be taken accordingly upon inspection of the item. This condition is only possible within the warranty period.

* Return delivery costs is your responsibility. We assume all return shipping costs, and we assume the cost in shipping back to the customer if return is due to defect, during our seven month warranty period.

* If your CamGear product is beyond the warranty period, you are eligible for a non-warranty repair, though at a very reasonable cost.
