Measurements are appx. length of coat, These are new jackets ( VINTAGE), finely made in N.Y. ,USA,  woolite med cold water wash to clean, these were $59. jackets, marked way down for clearance, has velcro around collar for adjustment, belt straps around belly for lower(chest) adjustment, velcro around collar area ran from heat, can be cleaned up with some TLC,chocolate brown faux fur around glue on velcro ran,  needs cleaning(faux fur & pleather) and some new velcro pieces,pleather might have minor scratchy defects, very soft feel on your pet
