This watch is new with tags.  


There are no issues with this item. There are NO scratches on the sapphire crystal or the case.  There is a tiny scratch on the case back from installing a new battery as the watch was stored and the battery wore down. 


The band is new and we marked it in a place that can not be seen and we also recorded the watch serial number 


Last time I checked it was selling for $698 on Amazon.


The instruction manual and warranty card are included.
