If you are building a guitar similar to an original sg style

 1 11/16" at the nut and 2 1/4" at the other end,

 2 3/4" long tenon milled at 3.5 degrees on the bottom.  Headstock size is a minimum of 7 1/4" long from nut x 3 5/8" wide.

This model will come with wings glued on each side of the headstock

If you have done the math like I have, I know with 28 years

of experience, that it takes 2 1/2 to 3 hours to get a neck this far along.

I have developed a system to produce and sell these blanks

at a reasonable price.

A rounded shank, a volute behind the nut,

an 17 degree pitched headstock,

a truss rod slot with the pocket hole, ready for the nut,
