Very Clean used Emax Keyboard, with issues (Please Read).
This is the original, in excellent cosmetic condition, could be in a museum...

This is the model used
by NIN to record the classic "Pretty Hate Machine" album.
This particular machine was used by Data-Bank-A to record multiple albums in the 1980s...
Many great albums were produced with these.
They have a unique character that can't be imitated, and has not been duplicated in software.

This one has a couple of issues:
The Floppy Drive does not always eject discs properly. Sometimes you have to pull the disc out. But it does work.
It is finicky when booting up the machine, sometimes it takes more than one try to get up and running.
But I did have it running recently. This may be an easy fix - like floppy drive replacement - for those so inclined...

The keyboard is not consistent in response across all keys. Some keys will occasionally not respond.
However, the voices do respond perfectly across entire range when connected to external MIDI keyboard control.
Because of these issues, we dropped the price by $ 100.

Comes in the Original Box! - with a super funky, cool blue wrapped styrofoam insert that wraps the whole thing in 3" of protective foam.
Plus, this one has the Original Printed Manual - by Craig Anderton
Plus, it comes a collection of 11 Original EMax Sound Library discs:
This is a very cool piece for anyone looking to get that authentic 1980z vibe...
Works best as a voice module for a MIDI controller or DAW.
