Our aim is to despatch your order the same day, for delivery the next working day (Monday - Friday). All orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class - please allow up to 5 working days for delivery.

Please also be aware that where your order contains an item greater than 30kg in weight, the order may be delivered using a 'kerbside' type delivery. This means the driver is only contracted to deliver to the outside of the premises and may need assistance offloading.

• Orders below 30kg - We are only able to ship to the UK Mainland, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands & Northern Ireland.
• Orders over 30kg (except for "Large Delivery" items) - We are only able to ship to the UK Mainland, Northern Ireland & Isle Of Wight.

Please note: We do not export goods purchased through our eBay Store outside of the UK.

Items sold as "New" or "New Other (See Details)" will carry the standard manufacturer's warranty, which is usually 1 Year unless stated otherwise.

Should you encounter any problems (Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect Item Received or Not as Described), in the first instance please contact us via eBay Messenger (by clicking on the "ask a question" link near the bottom of the listing) and we can action the enquiry accordingly (If the item is damaged in transit, please advise within 7 days from receipt). If the item is damaged or faulty we will typically repair the machine or provide spare parts, dependant on the fault. If this isn't possible, we will be happy to offer a direct replacement or refund you in full via the original payment method used.

*If you are wanting a refund for the goods you have 30 days in which to initiate the return with eBay and we will then provide you with a "Returns Reference Number" to send back with the goods. We will use our respective carrier service or provide a free post label for the return of any goods which are "Faulty", "Not As Described" or "Damaged" only.

**If you are missing parts which are listed as inclusive with the item, please contact us via eBay Messenger and we can arrange for the parts to be sent on accordingly.

If the item is being returned due to not being required or if you change your mind... you then have 30 days in which to return the product, providing it is unused and in the same condition as per received. Please advise us again with eBay Messenger if you are wanting to proceed with a return. Alternatively please open an eBay Return and we will provide you with a "Returns Reference Number" to send back with the goods.

*Carriage charges for unwanted returns will be at the Buyers expense. Transport packaging should be sufficient for the method of carriage. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier.
