We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service - we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours Monday to Friday and to dispatch your order the same working day if we receive your order before 12.00am. Please select the most appropriate delivery method for your purchase - we offer free shipping on most items within the UK but First Class or Special Delivery is also available if needed. In the unlikely event there is any issue with your delivery or item please contact us in the first instance before opening an item not received or not as described case and allow us to resolve your issue. Ebay delivery dates are estimates and if your item has not arrived within these dates it will probably arrive in the next day or two. All of our parcels are sent with a tracking chip which is scanned along the route so if your parcel goes missing we can investigate and find it for you.
Our returns policy is compliant with UK legislation. If you decide you do not require your item you must open a return through Ebay within 30 days - we will not accept or refund on any returns not made through the Ebay returns system and such items if returned will be disposed of. You will be liable for return postage and we recommend you return your item by signed for mail to ensure it reaches us. Once received we will check that your item is eligible for a return and if appropriate a refund will be processed. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent out to be eligible for a refund - as new, undamaged and with tags and packaging intact.
