Payment

We accept PayPal payment only.

All prices include UK VAT. VAT invoice on request. Please contact us via the eBay message us if you require one.  

*Delivery & Collections

Orders received before 3pm are usually shipped same day.

We offer free UK mainland delivery on every product we sell, but if you want it fast choose the 24 hour delivery option.

We ship normal working days, Monday to Friday, except weekends, bank holidays and public holidays.

Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight & Scilly Isles additional delivery charges on all orders will apply.

You can collect the product from our store, please contact us first to check store stock & avalaibilty.

Store collection require's payment to be made in store.

Returns

All the products we sell are covered by a 1 Year Manufacturer warranty (unless otherwise stated).

We hope you are pleased with the item you purchased. However, should you wish to return an unwanted item back to us, we will be happy to issue a full refund or exchange for another item.

Unwanted items can be returned as long as you let us know within 30 days from the original purchase date. Opened or used goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee/or may be rejected if not re-sellable, this does not effect your statutory rights.

Once you have told us that you want to return an item, you should do so within 30 days from the original purchase date. You can examine the goods as you would in a shop but to obtain a full refund you must not start using the item(s), install, make adjustments or input any data/software. The goods must be returned in ‘as new’ unused condition in their original packaging with all accessories.

Faulty goods returned under 30 days of purchase will be exchanged or refunded if no stock is available. Faulty goods returned after 30 days of purchase will be repaired, exchanged or refunded if no stock is available and dependant on the manufacturers warranty procedure.

We are unable to refund Items that are classified as Hygiene Sensitive or Media & Software (Headphones, Mapping Cards, DVD’s & Redemption Codes etc), if opened and will only be exchanged if faulty.

Refunds & Exchanges will be processed once the item has arrived back at our Nottingham Store and our Returns Department inspection has been completed, this normally takes 48 - 72 hours.
